Perhaps, in some way people are like the sun and the rain.
Sun is too harsh on some and yet plants need it to make its food, a process of photosynthesis.
Rains are disliked by many, it ruins plans, messes the road and yet our fields would be dry and the farmers would be in debts if it didn’t exist.
Maybe in a way we are like the sun and the rain? We might be liked by one and disliked by another.
But even if there are many who don’t like a sunny day or a rainy day, does its value decreases?
I don’t think it does.
Perhaps, people are like that too? We could mean well, we can do our best and yet not be liked by a few.
I truly believe that to the right people, no one will have to constantly prove their value.
Why should we try to be good in everyone’s story?
In some stories, we will always be the wrong one, no matter how carefully we play our part.
And, that doesn’t necessarily mean we are bad.
Sometimes, we simply weren’t meant to be the kind of person everyone needed.
And, perhaps, that’s okay too.
